Tryin to make 3-d link hover buttons with CSS

OH MY! I forgot all about this. I had noble intentions but went on to other things. Ah well. If on the off chance you found this from a search engine and still don't know how manufacture proper link lists with CSS styled lists, check out some of the proliferation since I struggled with it:
